  1. In the 1980 VP race, black gay activist Mel Boozer got 49 votes and in a more conservative direction, Ed Rendell got 28 votes despite Carter picking Mondale.

    A rebellion this year could be some Bernie delegates. And some Hillary voters could drag votes for VP for more than one ballot, a lot healthier than the Delegates arguing about whether the platform should condemn Israel for it’s treatment of Palestine. See, Bernie for VP, It’s not up to Hilary and see Bernie for Vice President, Insist on It!
